ORDER DELIVERY TIME

Order delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

 

PROCESSING TIME

We process orders from Monday to Friday.

All Products:

· All our products are in stock and ready to ship

· Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days after ordering

· Orders are shipped the next day after processing is complete

 

SHIPPING TIME

Standard Shipping: 7 business days after processing is complete.

Total Delivery Time:

· Standard orders: 10-12 business days total (3-5 processing + 7 shipping)

· Peak season: 14-16 business days total (up to 7 processing + 7 shipping)

Please be patient and wait for updates on logistics information.

Please note: These are only estimated delivery times. Due to order information, logistics, and other factors, we are not guaranteeing delivery dates.

Delivery may be affected by:

· High order volume during peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Sales)

· Customs clearance for international orders

· Carrier delays beyond our control

· Incomplete or incorrect delivery information

· Weather conditions or natural disasters

· Public holidays in destination country

· Remote or difficult-to-access locations

We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. We recommend ordering well in advance if you need items by a certain date.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs vary by country and are calculated at checkout based on:

· Destination country

· Order weight

· Order value

 

SHIPPING CARRIERS

Your order may be delivered by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail.

The specific carrier will be confirmed in your shipping notification email.

 

DELIVERY ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.

We are not responsible for delivery failures or delays due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address information provided by the customer.

 

DELIVERY PROCESS

If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

Typical delivery process:

1. Carrier attempts delivery to your address (usually 9 AM - 6 PM)

2. If you're not home, notice left with instructions

3. Package held at local depot or pickup point (usually 5-7 days)

4. You can collect from designated location or schedule redelivery

Unclaimed Packages:

· If not collected within carrier's holding period

· Package returned to us

· Refund issued minus shipping costs (both ways)

 

ORDER TRACKING

After your order ships, you'll receive your Tracking number

To track your order:

· Click the tracking link

No tracking updates?

If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order:

Contact us at contact@shewearsfit.com with your order number.

 

DELIVERY ISSUES

Package Not Received

If tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive it:

Within 48 hours:

1. Check with neighbors or building reception

2. Look for delivery notice

3. Verify delivery address was correct

4. Check with household members

After 48 hours:

· Contact carrier directly with tracking number

· Report to us at contact@shewearsfit.com with order number

Damaged Packages

IMPORTANT: Inspect package BEFORE accepting delivery!

If Visible Damage:

· Refuse delivery OR accept but note "DAMAGED" on delivery receipt

· Take photos immediately

· Contact us within 24 hours: contact@shewearsfit.com

If Internal Damage:

· Contact us within 7 days: contact@shewearsfit.com

· Provide photos of damage

· Keep all packaging materials

· Do not use damaged items

Wrong Item Received

· Contact us within 7 days: contact@shewearsfit.com

· Do not use or remove tags

· Provide order number and photo

 

MODIFYING YOUR ORDER

Before Shipment

To change or cancel:

· Contact us immediately: contact@shewearsfit.com

· Include order number and requested changes

· We'll do our best to accommodate (not guaranteed if already processing)

After Shipment

Cannot be changed or cancelled once shipped.

Your options:

· Refuse delivery when it arrives (package returns to us)

· Accept delivery and request return (see Returns & Refunds Policy)

 

LIABILITY

We Are Liable For:

· Packages lost by carrier (proven)

· Items damaged during shipping

We Are NOT Liable For:

· Carrier delays beyond our control

· Customs delays or fees

· Failed delivery due to incorrect address provided by customer

· Unclaimed packages

· Refused deliveries

· Force majeure events (see below)

· Peak season delays

Risk Transfer

Risk of loss/damage transfers to you:

· Upon delivery to your address, OR

· Upon delivery to pickup point (if selected), OR

· When tracking shows "delivered"

 

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control:

· Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, storms, fires)

· Pandemics or epidemics

· Wars, terrorism, civil unrest

· Government restrictions or lockdowns

· Strikes or labor disputes

· Extreme weather conditions

· Supplier or manufacturer failures

· Carrier operational issues

· Technical system failures

In such events, we'll notify affected customers and offer extended delivery time OR full refund (your choice).
