· Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

· Delivery times start from order confirmation, not order placement

6.5 Delivery Issues

· If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

· You are responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective

7.4 Refunds

· Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)

· Refund will be made using the same payment method you used

· We may withhold refund until we receive returned goods or proof of return

7.5 Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal

· Items that deteriorate quickly or have passed their expiry date

· Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

· Refunds may be reduced if items show signs of wear or damage
